Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days, Monday to Friday.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions or periods of high demand.

Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Delivery time.

Order Dispatch and Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.

Change of Address

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us at info@bennettandivykensington.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses within one order. If you would like items delivered to different addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
