Return Eligibility
This policy applies to all orders placed with Bennett & Ivy Kensington.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging, including any tags and accessories. Items that are damaged, altered or not in a resellable condition may not be accepted. You will also need your proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
To request a return for a refund or exchange, please email info@bennettandivykensington.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and where relevant, clear photos or a short video of the item.
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your parcel. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Address
Approved returns should be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. Full return instructions and the correct return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you simply no longer want the item, return postage remains your responsibility.
If the return is due to our error, for example if you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, you will not be required to cover the return shipping cost.
Tracked Returns
When returning an item, you must use a delivery service with a valid tracking number. This helps both you and us monitor the return and confirm safe delivery.
Returns sent without tracking may not be located, and in these cases we may be unable to process a refund or exchange.
We also recommend choosing a delivery service that includes compensation in case the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
Please make sure your return is securely packaged. We cannot accept responsibility for items that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@bennettandivykensington.com as soon as possible.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
Please also report any product quality concerns within 7 days of delivery. If the issue is not reported within this period, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement or return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
If you need help with a recently placed order, please contact info@bennettandivykensington.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Incorrect Items
We take great care when packing orders, but mistakes can occasionally happen.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact info@bennettandivykensington.com with your order number and clear photos of the item received. Once we have reviewed the case, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as sending the correct item or issuing a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
